DEGERenergie offers a 2-year standard warranty on all systems, which is extended to 5 years if the commissioning log is completed during installation and returned to DEGERenergie. With the assurance that all requirements have been satisfied, we can guarantee the perfect operation of the system.

Good to know: 20-year warranty against rust on all steel parts.

Although all DEGERenergie systems are generally maintenance-free, we recommend system maintenance once a year. In addition to the 5-year warranty, DEGERenergie offers one long‑term maintenance contract.

The Spare Care package assures complete spare part services throughout the entire contract period. Shipping is free within Europe; outside of Europe the rates are agreed with the customer.
