After sales

We offer services from onsite assistance during the installation by your contractor, remote support, maintenance to the availability of spare parts.

Warranty & spare parts

  • All parts and DEGERtrackers come with a statutory two-year warranty
  • All of our steel parts come with a 20-year warranty against rust-through
